j@4. 28 Jul 2005This phone is not really in the side of 'suckiness' but its the way you use it, this phone has a folder that is hidden in the Rom drive, if you can make a plugin (.ddl) for this version (normally for symbian s60 and up) this can play wma songs(Windows Media Audio) the plugin must look like wma.ddl, and must be placed in Codecs folder, and to make it play wmv you have to hack it a little bit but same procedure, and make a different folder called Video Codecs or under RealOne folder and the plugin should be wmv.ddlStill think this phone sucks?. I purchased a model 6680, when I was travelling in Europe and Asia. I really liked the features. When I returned to the US, I inserted my Cingular Sim card and the phone shows that it is an offline state. I have tried to reach Nokia Support in Europe andAsia. I have yet to speak to anyone.
I also sent emails to support in both Europe and Asia, but received no response. I have talked to Nokia Supportin the USA, but they tell me they have no information on Model 6680, and I need to talk to support in the countrywhere I purchased the phone.
The problem is I can't speak to anyone there, I wait on hold and after 30 t0 40 minutes I give up. This is expensive. I send email, but know response.
Can anyone help me?
